Description

Syntax highlighting should be fixed in other languages(Korean, in this case). If you're unfamiliar with other languages that reproduce these kinds of issues, I'll try to contribute PR with this issue.

Investigate how syntax highlighting is applied in pretty ts errors and identify where Korean (or other languages) characters are not being handled correctly. Look for any locale specific tokenization or regex patterns that may cause highlighting to break for non English text.
