[Bug] iOS Adding item to the ListView while IsRefreshing causes the items to not fully show

Description

I have a grid with two rows: Height="50" and Height="*"

First row contains SearchBar and "Add item" button. Second row contains ListView with bound ItemsSource and IsRefreshing to VM.

Entering text in search bar will set ListView's IsRefreshing to true, clearing text will reset it to false.

While it "IsRefreshing" and you insert item on the list and press the cancel on SearchBar first item on the list will go under the first row of the grid.

I am attaching the reproduction project.

Expected Behavior

Items showing normally on list.

Actual Behavior

Start of list under controls above it.
