when we set the flowdirection to rtl on entry HorizontalTextAlignment dosent work on Ios

Steps to Reproduce

make a page and add the following code to it... Entry entry = new Entry(); entry.FlowDirection = FlowDirection.RightToLeft; entry.HorizontalTextAlignment = TextAlignment.Start; // no diffrense when set it to Start Or End entry.Text = "سلام دوست خوبم"; this.Content = entry;

Expected Behavior

text and place holder always align to left

Actual Behavior

Text and place holder could be changed by HorizontalTextAlignment
