Description

It is a common feature when comments that was added since last visit are highlighted. It would be great if remark could do it too.

Research direction
Investigate the existing comment rendering mechanism in the frontend (likely JavaScript/HTML) and the backend API for retrieving comments. Determine how to track the last visit timestamp (e.g., using cookies or localStorage). Implement highlighting logic to compare comment timestamps with last visit and apply a CSS class. See existing comments in the issue for any design discussion (URL: https://github.com/umputun/remark42/issues/489).
