Description

It's not necessarily clear to our users that we're doing backups automatically. Also, there's no way for them to restore from a backup either.

Research direction
Review the existing backup mechanism in the codebase. Understand how automatic backups are performed and where backup files are stored. Design a 'turso db restore' command that allows users to list and restore from backups. Ensure the restore command handles different backup formats and provides clear user feedback.
