Description

Branch: Development1.0 File: components/Layout/ChatBox.js Current Behavior: On alumni page clicking on any chat icon opens a fullscreen dialog without any actual content.

Expected Behaviour: Design a chat UI similar to the this. Improvizations are welcome :)
