Description

  • Implement isLowEndExperience$ observable, same as here, but it should be an observable listening for network changes instead.
  • prefers-reduced-motion media uqery.

Research direction
Study the referenced implementation in perfume.js to understand how they detect low end experience, then adapt it as an RxJS observable that listens for network changes. Also implement the prefers reduced motion media query using RxJS fromEvent or fromEventPattern. Write tests to verify both observables.
