Description

We shold evaluate how much performance can be gained in the benchmarks, if we turn every function eager. To this end we could make the PIR optimizer assume every function to be eager (i.e. set the isEager flag on every ClosureVersion in PIR). If that does not give us a big speedup, we need to know early and plan for more optimizations that exploit the eagerness.
