Resource usage reports and cost. Auto-generate after terraform plan command

To understand the cost of infrastructure, we need to explore the possibility of creating a report on the cost of infrastructure. Perhaps it will be a plugin and instructions for use (examples: https://github.com/binbashar/terraform-aws-cost-budget or https://github.com/antonbabenko/terraform-cost-estimation)

Review the referenced terraform cost estimation tools (binbashar/terraform aws cost budget and antonbabenko/terraform cost estimation) to understand their approach. Then design a plugin or integration point within Swiss Army Kube to automatically generate a cost report after terraform plan. Consider providing usage instructions and examples.
