Description

To log infrastructure outside of EKS, we need to configure cloudwatch in modules such as ALB, VPC, S3, EKS, RDS, and others. Give the option to enable for each module separately or all at once

Add a boolean variable 'enable cloudwatch' to each module (ALB, VPC, S3, EKS, RDS, etc.). Conditionally create CloudWatch log groups and metric filters based on that variable. Update the root module to pass the variable to each submodule.
