coverage for OADP-641: Add AWS_CA_BUNDLE support for BSL custom CA certificates

for oadp-1.4+

Perhaps run minio on-cluster with custom cert + try to use bsl via minio.

Explore the existing e2e test suite for BSL and backup storage locations. Understand how tests are structured, and figure out how to set up a MinIO instance with a custom CA certificate. Then write a test that exercises the BSL creation with that CA bundle.
