Hypothesis: Renting of residential buildings under the subquota "Maintenance of office supporting parliamentary activity (1)"

Dear friends of Serenata,

During a short analysis of the Subquota "Maintenance of office supporting parliamentary activity (1)" I have found several questionable receipts in which parliamentarians request reimbursement for renting non-residential buildings that seem normal residences on GoogleMaps.

For example:

• Document #6157534 Renting for non-residential purposes - Rua Jovino Dinoá 36 - Macapa, AP

• Document #6147329 Renting for non-residential purposes - Avenida Imperatriz Dona Teresa Cristina, 481 - Campinas, SP

Please check both address on GoogleMaps. IMHO these buildings are seems to be proper to using residential and, therefore, they are infringing the proper use of official quotas.

Based on that I would suggest the following analysis: "Identification of renting receipts", where we may have to mix data analysis and personal evaluation.

The main challenges are:

• Identifying and evaluating such cases through data may be demanding;
• A house may be used as an office;
• GoogleMaps may not represent the current reality;
• Support from volunteers for personal verification may be risky/challenging.
