Description

Create rank page with users. /ranking Add link in header and footer in stats icon to this page. Should be a blank page with header and footer. And background styling as on other pages.

Page will contain users ranking and my actual rank.

Create a new route /ranking using the existing layout components (header, footer). Add a link to it from the stats icon in the navbar. Ensure the page has consistent background styling. The page should display a placeholder for user rankings and the current user's rank.
