Describe the problem

The example entry in CHANGELOG STYLE GUIDE.md uses the 💬 emoji but the Change Types section lists no 💬 category. Readers cannot identify which type this belongs to.

Describe the solution

Add a 💬 Localisation / Translation category to the Change Types list, or replace the example with a defined emoji.
