Description

In phase 2, we expect to add support for a new type of API - mercadonna.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Examine the existing extractor implementation for other APIs (e.g., in the codebase) to understand the pattern, then implement a new extractor for mercadonna API following the same structure. Look into the API documentation of mercadonna to understand endpoints and data format. Test the integration with existing test suite.
