Description

hashi-ui should (optionally) indefinitely retry connections to nomad instead of failing to start.

Investigate how hashi ui connects to Nomad at startup and implement a retry mechanism with configurable max attempts or indefinite retries. Look for the connection initialization code and add a loop to reconnect on failure.
