Description

Parse conventional commit messages and display badges for commit types (feat, fix, docs, etc.) in the output.

Tasks:

  • Create function to parse conventional commit format
  • Map commit types to emoji/badges (feat: ✨, fix: 🐛, docs: 📝)
  • Display badges in markdown output
  • Display colored badges in terminal output
  • Add tests for commit parsing

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Commits like "feat: add login" show ✨ FEAT badge
  • Commits like "fix: auth bug" show 🐛 FIX badge
  • Non-conventional commits show default badge
  • Works in both terminal and markdown output

Examine how commit messages are currently parsed and displayed. Look at the output generation code for both markdown and terminal to understand where to insert badge logic. Review any existing tests to match the test patterns.
