GetModifierState

  • In Go, this should exist on the EventInit - Probably ModifierEventInit
  • In JavaScript, this should exist on KeyboardEvent

"Good first issue" maybe a bit of a stretch, as at least the JavaScript method should be code generated.

Study the event generation mechanism in the repository (see docs/Events.md) and implement `GetModifierState` on `ModifierEventInit` for Go and generate the JavaScript binding for `KeyboardEvent`. Trace the existing code for similar keyboard event properties to understand the pattern.
