Description

This could be done fairly easily by making the default value !reduceTransparency.

Set the default blur value based on the system accessibility setting `reduceTransparency`. Use `WidgetsBinding.instance.platformDispatcher.accessibilityFeatures.reduceTransparency` to conditionally disable the blur effect.
