Description

Moon suggested it was really helpful to be able to zoom to a particular city in Dave's. We should implement something similar, though perhaps more generally "fit bounds to feature." In the short term this could just clicking or right-clicking on the city layer #152 but eventually could also be right clicking on a VTD or county, etc.
