Description

Pretty low priority, but could be a good first issue to familiarize with this codebase and learn to use the new epidata package.

Depends on the release of delphi-epidata-py, which is currently not being worked on.

Research direction
Identify all places in the codebase that make raw Epidata calls. Study the new delphi epidata py package's API to find equivalent functions. Replace each call accordingly, ensuring tests pass.
