Mostly this:

1. The response is missing the `Content-Type` header. The schema defines the following media types:

    application/json

Response status: 200
Response payload: ``

Looks like it is because the roadId is wrong -> https://verkehr.autobahn.de/o/autobahn/A1%25/services/warning

A1%25 is not supported by the API so it returns nothing.

Contributor guide

Research direction
Investigate how the roadId is generated and passed to the request URL. The URL shows 'A1%25' which is a double encoded percent sign, leading to a missing response. Find the code that builds the endpoint URL and fix the encoding so that 'A1' is used directly.
