Description: Currently, the Code of Conduct is plain text and could be more engaging and easier to read. To improve clarity and accessibility, we can enhance it by:

Adding GIS-themed emojis (🌍🗺️📌) to highlight key sections and make the document visually engaging.

Applying consistent formatting to ensure better readability.

Structuring sections with clear separation for guidelines, examples, and consequences.

Ensuring that the formatting aligns with Leadby’s professional yet welcoming tone.

This enhancement will make the Code of Conduct more approachable for participants, ensuring that key points are noticed and remembered.
