Description

The binary under releases does not contain the frontend which makes no sense. The CI should build both the Go binary and npm dist and package them up into a tar.

Research direction
Inspect the CI configuration file (likely .github/workflows) to understand current build steps. Modify the build job to first build the Vue frontend (npm run build) and then compile the Go binary, then create a tar archive containing both the binary and the dist folder. Update the release step to upload the tar.
