Description

Create a validator for cron expression strings.

Features:

  • Support standard 5-field and extended 6-field (with seconds) cron syntax
  • Validate ranges, steps, lists
  • Provide descriptive error messages for invalid expressions
  • Include AWS EventBridge schedule expression support

Research direction
Study existing cron libraries in Go, understand the 5 field and 6 field syntax, then implement a validator with functions for each part (minute, hour, day, month, weekday, seconds), and add AWS EventBridge support via aliases. Write unit tests.
