Description

F1 pipeline is in Bronze MVP. Need to create index pages and templated pages. Simple data is fine for now, better pages will come in the future.

Review the Evidence templated pages documentation and look at existing pages (Drivers, Races, Circuits) to replicate similar structure for Constructors and Seasons. Write SQL queries to fetch data and create the index pages.
