Description

As briefly discussed in #53 , we need to create DDE systems from basis objects to deploy HAVOK ( and HankelDMD I guess ) as useable systems.

Research direction
Study the existing system types in DataDrivenDiffEq.jl, particularly how they are constructed from basis objects. Research how delay differential equations (DDEs) can be modeled with HAVOK and HankelDMD. Identify the necessary modifications to support DDEs and propose an implementation plan.
