Description

Describe the bug Locked Navbar with animation in links

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'navbar'
  2. Click on 'links'
  3. Scroll down to 'page'
  4. See error

Expected behavior Navbar should be locked throught the page and some animation in the links
