Description

A lot of the code is still messy, even after some of the refactoring I did. For instance, the NetworkTablePublisher isn't used but is still stored in the repo. Also, there are functions like elevatorPID, which is unused in our code, and I hate that it exists and wish to have a nice little talk with whoever made it.
