Description

On Windows 11

  1. Have the sidebar open on the left, the terminal open on the bottom, and the release notes open.
  2. Shrink the width of the editor so that it is narrow.
  3. Reveal the Copilot chat panel.
  4. :bug: The chat panel blends into the release notes.

The issue also occurs on the latest Insiders.
