Description

For those who are devops inclined. It would be ideal to have the point-of-vue services defined in a blueprint to be used for our current hosting provider: render.com.

We need what the current website has: a postgres db, a web service for the graph and playground, and a static frontend client for the vue app.

We also need the ability to deploy the new infrastructure for Vues: a set of web services for the point-of-vue-globe project (one for docs, one for the playground, one for the static frontend landing page).
