Description

Because Vues will be created by the community, moderation will be needed for submitted Vues and the mechanisms for that should be within point-of-vue as well as Github (if possible).

Publishing Vues requires changes to the point-of-vue-globe database, which can only happen if a creator makes these changes from within point-of-vue (until we get some sort of github action to add automated moderation).
