Description

At the moment strict=true seems to throw and error for some types of file format problems, but not all. Some are still reported by warnings, e.g., when there aren't enough fields: thread = 1 warning: only found 2 / 3 columns around data row: 94. Filling remaining columns with missing or there are too many thread = 1 warning: parsed expected 3 columns, but didn't reach end of line around data row: 94. Ignoring any extra columns on this row

It would be great it these also throw an error when strict is being used.
