Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am currently using Nightfox in Neovim and zsh via bas16-shell, however I would like to use this theme in all my environments, including IntelliJ.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to see this theme implemented as an IntelliJ theme. There is documentation on how to do so here: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/docs/intellij/creating-theme-project.html.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have considered doing this myself and I still may, given enough free time to do so.
