Description
When running nix impermanence with a btrfs filesystem the trash bin falls back on individual .Trash-$UID dirs instead of using the $HOME/.local/share/Trash. This is due do the bind mounts created by impermanence, even tho they all share the same underlying filesystem and origin from the same btrfs subvolume.
I know this problem origins in the FreeDesktop trash-spec and that most of the trash bin adhere to that spec.
Tools like rmw already solved this and allow trashing across bind mounts (see theimpossibleastronaut/rmw#552).
The perfect solution would be the possibility to trash to and restore from the $HOME/.local/share/Trash dir without falling back on individual trash dirs on each bind mount.
