Description

Possible options: ModuleManifest, ModuleDescriptor, ModuleMetadata. My personal preference would be either "descriptor" or "metadata" (with a slight preference towards "descriptor").

This is to be done after https://github.com/0xMiden/miden-vm/pull/2877 is merged.
